Stress and anxiety are a common reasons for people to use HowsYourHealth "Problem-Solving". Here are some recent examples:

  • always yelling at my husband for no good
  • anger anxiety depression pain
  • i think people don't like me
  • impatience
  • job stress
  • the amount of yelling at my house
  • work stress. co workers that are rude

And some approaches they thought about:

  • try not to get irritated so easily when
  • finding exersises that will not cause more pain
  • stop fighting and being spiteful
  • see value in myself
  • one day at a time
  • look to advance career elsewhere
  • bike to work
  • join an activity group
  • don't yell back
  • changing job to one less stressful

When people start to break down the problem into "bite-size-pieces" they seem to make progress. AND ALMOST ALL LIST BUDDIES WHO CAN HELP THEM.

alot of my stress is brought on by the worry of money.

I feel stress from just about everything around me.I just can't figure out how to handle it and not take it out on my loved ones
