Many of the aches and pains we suffer come and go. Those pains that persist usually can be controlled. We tested the approach in hundreds of persons who were bothered by pain and emotional problems or stress that often travel with pain). The reason we added "Problem-Solving" to the HowsYourHealth web-site is that "Problem-solving works!". Here are some ideas from HowsYourHealth Problem Solving:

  • stretch before and after work
  • position of arm
  • Lose weight
  • Be smart about exercise
  • see a doctor
  • exert myself more sensibly
  • cold weather aggravates
  • Exercises
  • drinking more water
  • take my medicines
  • don't forget to take midday ibuprofen
  • less stress
  • lose weight will help my back
